I bring specialized training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing®, Body Trust®, the Gottman Method, and parts work, alongside years of experience supporting individuals and couples. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body, cultivate resilience, and live with greater authenticity and ease.

Somatic Therapy
Our bodies hold the stories of our lives. Using Somatic Experiencing® and other body-based methods, we’ll work with your nervous system to gently release stress, restore balance, and reconnect you to a sense of wholeness.
Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) helps reduce the emotional charge of distressing memories. In addition to weekly sessions, I offer EMDR intensives — extended sessions designed for deeper, more focused healing when you want to make significant progress in a shorter time.
Body Image & Self Esteem
If you struggle with negative body image or low self-worth, therapy can help you create a kinder relationship with yourself. As a Certified Body Trust® Provider, I support clients in moving away from shame and toward body respect, self-compassion, and confidence.
Eating Disorder Treatment
I provide support for those navigating eating disorders, with a focus on healing your relationship with food and body. While I work with a range of eating concerns, my approach emphasizes sustainable recovery, self-acceptance, and freedom from rigid patterns.
Relationship Counseling
Relationships thrive when partners feel seen, heard, and supported. Drawing on Gottman Method training and a relational approach, I help couples improve communication, deepen emotional connection, and resolve conflict with compassion.
